We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product Manager to take ownership of our software products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to define timelines, handle changes, address technical debts, and prioritize bug fixes. You'll identify opportunities for enhancements and manage these as actionable tasks for designers and developers. Utilizing tools like Jira, you will estimate efforts, create roadmaps, and lead the development process to ensure the success of the product.

Duties and responsibilities:

Take full ownership of assigned products and manage their lifecycle.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and define product goals, updates, and improvements.
Create and manage task workflows in Jira, ensuring tasks are well-defined and properly estimated.
Work closely with designers to shape features and with developers to bring them to life.
Lead discussions about technical debts, edge cases, and potential bottlenecks in the product.
Drive the creation of roadmaps to align teams and clients on product milestones.
Facilitate effective communication between the client, design, and development teams.
Proactively propose new features, improvements, and optimizations for the product.

Requirements:

Experience with project management tools like Jira for task creation, tracking, and estimation.
Strong background in software development or technical understanding (a former developer would be ideal).
Architectural thinking to anticipate edge cases, identify design flaws, and address dead flows in the product.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance clarity and brevity in discussions.
A proactive and organized approach to managing product responsibilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
