We are seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Thymeleaf to join our dynamic team. Duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications.
Lead architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Develop and maintain robust backend services and dynamic frontend interfaces.
Ensure code quality and performance optimization through testing, debugging, and documentation.
Participate in agile team activities, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to align on project goals and progress.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven expertise in Java Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, and relational databases like MySQL.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
