We are seeking a proactive and skilled Medior Product Manager to take responsibility for our software products. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients, designers, and developers. You will collaborate with clients to define timelines, prioritize features and changes, address technical debts, and manage bug fixes. You’ll drive product enhancements, translate them into actionable tasks in Jira, and oversee their execution. With a balanced focus on strategic thinking and hands-on management, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of products.

Duties and responsibilities:

Take ownership of assigned products and manage their lifecycle with supervision.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and define product updates, improvements, and long-term goals.
Create and maintain task workflows in Jira, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritized.
Work closely with designers to shape features and with developers to bring them to life.
Lead discussions on technical debts, edge cases, and potential bottlenecks to optimize product performance.
Develop roadmaps and align teams and clients on product milestones and timelines.
Facilitate communication and coordination across clients, design teams, and development teams.
Identify opportunities for new features, enhancements, and optimizations to continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in product management or related fields.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira for creating, tracking, and estimating tasks.
A strong understanding of software development processes or a technical background.
Ability to anticipate and address edge cases, design flaws, and potential workflow issues.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
A proactive and organized approach to handling multiple responsibilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing strategy and execution.
