We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Product Manager to support the management of our software products. In this role, you will assist senior team members in collaborating with clients to define timelines, prioritize changes, and address technical debts and bug fixes. You’ll contribute to identifying opportunities for enhancements and help transform them into actionable tasks for designers and developers. Using tools like Jira, you will learn to estimate efforts, organize workflows, and contribute to the success of assigned products.

Duties and responsibilities:

Support the management of assigned products, working closely with senior product managers.
Assist in gathering feedback from clients and defining product goals, updates, and improvements.
Help create and maintain task workflows in Jira, ensuring tasks are clear and organized.
Collaborate with designers to shape features and assist developers in implementation.
Participate in discussions about technical challenges, edge cases, and possible bottlenecks.
Contribute to the creation of roadmaps to align team efforts with client expectations.
Facilitate communication between clients, design teams, and developers under guidance.
Suggest new features, improvements, and optimizations to enhance the product’s success.

Requirements:

Basic experience with project management tools like Jira or equivalent platforms.
Foundational understanding of software development processes or a technical background.
Ability to think logically and recognize edge cases, design flaws, and potential issues in workflows.
Good communication skills with a focus on clarity and concise discussions.
A proactive and organized mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while supporting senior team members.
